Before the Wedding

As we are getting closer to your special day i would arrange an informal meeting with you both to get to know you better, get a feel for your day and to run through your timetable. This can be done over a coffee at your local area if you live close by. If a meetup in person isn’t possible, no problem, we can arrange a Skype or Face-time chat. I’m more than happy to offer help and guidance over anything related to your Wedding. If you have any specific ideas in mind, please don’t hesitate to share these with

On the Wedding Day

On the day, I will arrive at the agreed time. I will greet you first and introduce myself to any key family members or venue staff. From then on I will begin to document your day!

Depending on the circumstance I tend to work in an unnoticeable manor to capture natural reactions and authentic moments. I’d make sure to ask you for the dresscode of the day upfront to ensure I blend in on the day. Alternatively I’d always dress smart at your wedding, normally in smart trousers and shirt.

Getting Ready

This is one of my favorite parts of the day, this is the time where you are with your closest friends and family. It’s the time to celebrate and enjoy the time with each other and i will try my best to capture each and every momment. Depending on your package (1 or 2 Photographer/Cinematographer), I will do my best to spend time with both the bride and groom to document both preparations. We can discuss your ideas before the wedding and come up  with a good plan of where you would like me to be!

The Wedding Ceremony

As part of ther ceremony i capture your guests arriving and the general build up and anticipation before ceremony. During the ceremony itself I am very mindful not to disrupt or interfere in the proceedings. I work very discreetly and unnoticeably and do my best to blend into the background so that you and your guests don’t notice me that much but making sure I capture all the key moments!

Group Photos

PHOTO – I normally recommend 6-10 group photos so that the bride and groom don’t get too bored but I am flexible on this and more than happy to work to your requirements. I don’t spend hours posing on this as I know you and your guests will want to get to the party, however I do make sure everyone is happy and relaxed in each picture I take.

VIDEO – I tend to join the wedding photographer during this section for few minutes to capture some of the group poses.

Bride and Groom Photos

Photo – With the group shots done I usually take the bride and groom off for a few portraits either in the grounds of the venue or at a location of their choosing. I like to give my couples space when taking these photos, you’ll often find me snapping in a tree or rolling around on the sand getting that creative angle! The time for this is completely up to you, but as a guide I would recommend 15-30 minutes.

Video – I usually take the bride and groom off for a few intimate shoots which will serve as beautifull eye candy in the wedding film. The location is either in the grounds of the venue or at a location of their choosing and this normally doesn’t take longer then 20min.

Party-Time

This must be the part everyone loves including me. I love capturing the reception, from cutting the cake to hilarious speeches, to your first dance and to grandad break-dancing! I’m there, involved and love getting close to the action!

After the wedding

PHOTO – When your pictures are ready (usually in around 4-5 weeks) I will send you a link to your private gallery, to download your images or share with your family and friends.

VIDEO – The time frame to receive you edited film is (usually up to 16 weeks) depending on the existing workload. Your Film ( & extras if applicable) will then be posted to you on a bespoke UBS key and if you opted for a hosted highlight video I will send you a youtube link to review before we release it to publicly.
